2. Does HomeInvestor sell my data?
HomeInvestor LLC does not sell your personal information for money. We do share property submissions and contact information with pre-screened buyer partners so they can make you a written cash or owner-financed offer. Under CCPA/CPRA and similar laws, that routing is treated as a regulated “share” (and in some cases a “sale”) of personal information, so you have the right to opt out.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16, and we do not use sensitive personal information (such as precise geolocation, government IDs, or financial account numbers) for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Submit the verified opt-out request form. We stop routing your record to buyer partners immediately on receipt and confirm in writing within 15 business days (CCPA) / 45 days (VCDPA, CPA, CTDPA, UCPA).

Prefer email? Send a message to support@homeinvestor.co with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Info.” Include the email address and phone number you used on the site so we can locate your record. Authorized agents may submit on your behalf with signed written authorization.
5. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
homeinvestor.co honors the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid opt-out for visitors in states that require it. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat that visit as an opt-out of sharing for behavioral advertising and analytics. 6. What changes after you opt out
Once you opt out we will not share your property submission with buyer partners. As a result, we will generally no longer be able to generate a cash or owner-financed offer for you through the marketplace. We will still keep the minimum records required by state real-estate and tax law (see Section 5 of our Privacy Policy). You will not be discriminated against for exercising this right.
7. Your other privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence you may also have the right to know what personal information we have collected, correct inaccurate data, delete personal information, port your data, and limit use of sensitive personal information. Use the same data-request form and choose the request type that fits your need.
