Sellers and homeowners requesting an offer through homeinvestor.co pay nothing. There is no fee to use the marketplace, request an offer, or close on a direct sale. This refund policy applies only to paid products on homeinvestor.co — primarily investor lead credit packs and related subscription services.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
For credit packs, refunds are available on unused credits within the 30-day window. Credits that have already been spent to unlock leads have delivered the service and are not refundable, since the lead contact information cannot be returned.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@homeinvestor.co with your order number or the email used at checkout. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued through our payment processor (Stripe) and returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. Subscription cancellations
You can cancel any recurring subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals. The current billing period remains active until its end date.
5. Chargebacks
